The current Notary system is in drastic need of an overhaul. Armed with just visual ID verification and a handwritten ledger, Notaries are not equipped against identity theft, nor ensure document authenticity. Most victims have little or no power to protect themselves. Fraudsters are seldom brought to justice. Our company and our family have been victimized by Notary fraud. We understand the problem and developed a solution. 

Today's advances have made it possible to develop a safe and secure notary system that deters fraudulent activity. We have created a secure process, aiding the Notary to ensure a secure notarization.

With 20 years of Real Estate Industry experience, Alvaro Bautista has attained ample experience and knowledge. From owning a Real Estate Brokerage, a Mortgage Company and an Escrow Office, Alvaro has witnessed the issues that plague our industry. The Mortgage Company fell victim to Identity Theft and Mortgage Fraud which was aided by Notary Negligence. The losses were insurmountable, and the office was subsequently closed. The ease with which Notary Fraud is committed was very troubling, given the technology currently available. We designed and created a better system to help alleviate and remediate these issues. The idea of JustNotarized was born and we are proud to present our Secured Notary Application.

In addition to his real estate experience, he has been a part of two start-ups. Spunje, an on-demand car wash application, as a co-founder and COO. Jsquared, an outsourced call center operation for e-commerce brands, as a financial analyst and one of the first ten employees.
